I'm voting for Bush; I am not entirely happy with his performance, but he is closest to what I believe in..the lesser of two evils God bless To be sure, there are things I wish Bush hadn't supported. (Don't EVEN get me started on farm subsidies or steel tariffs!) But of the group I believe he represents that which comes closest to my view of how America should be. (Does this surprise anyone ;D) Blessings, LJ

I guess I differ in that I don't see campaigning practices as a telling indicator on the issue of character. If you do, more power to you. That's why this country is so great! Be assured the character of the world's most powerful person is indeed important to me! Blessings, LJ I guess we do differ there then. What they allow or what they do themselves (smear campaigns, etc.) to me speaks A LOT about the type of person they are. If they can't stick with the positives about themselves (which to me can show the negative of their opponents without being cruel and mean about it) then it says a lot about the type of person they are and how they are able to handle themselves.

Yikes!!! All these reports of election fraud have me very upset I'm afraid; fraud on both sides. I think they should find and arrest these people, and punish them harshly. Absolute scum

I want to say thank you (dzienkuje bardzo) to all of you that will not be voting this November 2. It basically gives the Bush vote that much more strength. It is almost as though it allows the votes of myself, my wife and our two daughters to count twice! So, intead of cancelling out our six votes for "W" - they will be even stronger!!!
Again, thanks. gracious!

And my good friend, "W" wishes me to extend his gratitude. That is, "many thanks, partner!" Oh and Dick says "hey!" also. Thank you for doing your part to insure four more years!

Not non-voters - Christians.
No truly born-again Christian would vote for someone that supports partial-birth abortion (or any kind of abortion for that matter), or laws that would sanction gay marriages.
I also have a real problem with true Christians not voting for the man that stands against the above.
In other words, only lost people will vote for Kerry.
More and more the election process is a demarcation line between light and darkness. And the way the lever is pulled is an indication of whether the voter is a citizen of heaven or a child of darkness.

However, anytime a person refuses to exercise his obligation to vote in the election process - that person, by his silence, is given the vote of those that do that much more power.
A vote for Kerry cancels out a vote for Bush - a non-vote simple concedes.
I really do not see a refusal to vote the simple choice of avoiding two evils - for whatever might be said against George Bush, nothing compares to the liberal agenda of the democrats.

Care to cite chapter and verse on that one? Stop trying to define salvation by your own terms.

One that comes to mind is Philippians 3:17-21
"Brethren, be followers together of me, and mark them which walk so as ye have us for an ensample. (For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.)
For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself."

Funny, but that doesn't have any resemblance to "Vote not for he that would wed the homosexuals, lest ye not be saved." Besides, if we're going to use Scripture to rule out candidates acceptable for Christians, I'll knock Bush off the ballots with Exodus 20:13.

"Thou shalt not kill," huh?
Did you forget that John Kerry jumped off of his swift boat (against the wishes of his crew) and chased down the vietnamese soldier that was shooting at them - and gunned him down - SHOOTING HIM IN THE BACK!!! - though the boy was running away from the battle and unarmed at the time.
What does the Bible say about murder?#nosmileys

A voter for Kerry is a vote against America! Kerry has a plan to raise taxes and make more citizens dependent on the government. If Kerry raises taxes on the people making over two hundred thousand a year, he will put a lot of small business out of business and a lot more people out of work! Since all the major companies will be moving operations out of the USA, to avoid the outrageous taxes.(Like Mrs.Kerry has already done) Smaller companies that depend on selling supplies / services to them will be folding aster than you can swat a fly.
Crime will increase with a giant leap as more & more Americans become unemployed. The domino effect will ripple through our society Construction will stop. Americans will be too busy trying to find a soup line or hand out, so they can get their next meal!
The 1930's Great Depression will seem like a cake walk compared to the famine that will hit American cities when the unemployment rises to 30% or more!
Then Kerry plans to turn America's solvency over to the United Nations & the World Court! (very little liberal media coverage on this but check it out, it's scary!)

Scary, isn't he Kathy. The perfect candidate for October 31st, but not so good for November 2nd.
And he comes with his own Charles DeGaulle mask!

This is why I hate politics. Neither side, supporters and the candidates themselves can not act like adults, they seem to HAVE to insult the candidate or those who vote for that candidate.
