Going to the doctors today. I'll let you all know. Ann, How are you doing sister? I'm still praying for you! Gods Love, Gods Peace, Kelly Kelly, I am doing great, actually. It surprises me too!!! I really have not had any strong cravings today at all and today is my cut off date. So, the first day with NO cigarettes. I can feel those prayers. What a difference Jesus makes when you try to do something and ask his help. Be sure to let us know what is going on. What did the doctor say? Prayers and strength, Ann

I cut down to 5 cigarettes/day as of this past Sunday and then yesterday and today have had no cigarettes. I have found it so helpful to pray when the cravings strike! I also fanatically scrubbed every ashtray in the house and put them in the cupboard. LOL hubby has to search for them now. they used to be everywhere. I found that yesterday being the first day with no cigarettes was actually not as hard as I thought it would be. I actually found it harder to breathe without cigarettes for some reason and so did not really want one much. I coughed more yesterday than usual, too. Go figure. My body must be trying to figure out what is going on. I smoked since 1974. you are still in my prayers. You can do it!!!! Blessings to you, Ann
