Also, I like the new agers here, IAMLIGHT and Kee. They are nice people and I have NEVER seen them trying to push anything on anybody. I don't like to see Christians being so hard on others just because their beliefs are somewhat different. We are all God's children. We all have a different path too. Thank you Lisa. But even labling us "new agers" carry connotation.

Thank you Lisa. But even labling us "new agers" carry connotation. IAL, Considering there is a difference in views here most of us who adhere to a faith in God through Jesus Christ are labled as "Christians", is there a term that we can use to address a non-specific group such as Kee, yourself, and heathen? One that would not cause animosity yet differentiate? I usually say non-christians.. but if there is one you prefer it would help when speaking in a general board-wide sense. Thanks... gmL

But of course, you can lable me whatever. It really doens't matter to me. I was simply poining out that the lable "New Agers" itself I consider incredibly limiting as well as over generalized not to mention really makes no clue or definition of another's beliefs, philosophy not to mention spirituality.

Well, this whole 'new agers' thing started with my posts, but if you look... I simply said those who don't believe in Jesus Christ as their Lord & Saviour. It was in face someone else who started using the term 'new ager' to describe themselves. Not any Christian applying the term to them.

Well said Kenosis. This thread may have been started by Shirley, but it is no longer really about her. It is now a thread battling those principalities. Shirley KNOWS how much we care for her, as evidenced by the PRIVATE conversations we've had with her.
PIC, Bill
You are right, this thread is no longer about me and what I do or don't believe. No one seems to hear what I am saying. So I guess I will just shut up and continue my search elsewhere. Thanks for all the input....

I'm sorry to say this Shirley but now you are starting to sound like your feeling sorry for yourself. It's hard to keep it about YOU, some of us still don't know what YOU are trying to say, YOU were asked if you still believed in Jesus but I don't think I have seen a yes or no answer yet, how can we continue to address your problem if were not sure what your beliefs are any more. Please forgive me if you have answered that question and if you did can you give me a post No. so I can go back and read it, I just can't figure out exactly what your trying to say.
Blessings, ysiC Deby

The answer to that question is irrelevant to anyone else but Shirley, and the answer for you and all of us is simply this...love her and be there for her. God will lead her, not us.

Blessings, ysiC Deby It did sound like that, didn't it? Sorry, I am not a whiner really. I am just tired I suppose. I tried to explain in my post this morning what I was thinking, etc.. I have deliberately NOT gone into detail, because at that point, this would turn into a flame war or something. I just started the op to state where I am and what happened. I wasn't really asking for help, and I don't think I really have a problem that needs fixing (I know some of you disagree...) I just wanted to state what I said above. I am searching for truth. Where I find it, only I will know. I know that doesn't really answer it, but perhaps on some other board I could. I cannot here. Sorry. Shirley

Yes I do know that mook but Shirley posted
She seems to think no one hears her and that made me feel bad, I don't want her to shut up, I would like her to continue her search here with people who love her.

Let me direct you to a more peaceful messageboard where you will be able to learn the truth in a loving and caring environment. pub15.ezboard.com/bchristincorrectionsPlease visit here and there are many Christian brothers and sisters who would be willing to talk to you about the Truth of Christ where there is little to no non-Christians there to cause disruptions. Mook: We are not trying to help SJudy on our terms, we are trying to help her on Christ's terms for those are the only ones that matter.

Mook: We are not trying to help SJudy on our terms, we are trying to help her on Christ's terms for those are the only ones that matter. Well then, what difference would her answer to that question have to do with "Christ's terms?" I mean if she says no, how does this affect your love for her? And if she says yes, then again, how does that affect your love for her? Does that question really matter to anyone but her? Or let me say that differently>>>Should that question matter to anyone but her?
