You are pure caustic and a pessimist in everything... Your whole focus is in bringing about the end of mankind -- whatever it takes to accomplish it. Who the hell would want that? Christians who are tired of living in this sin filled world.
gene, I do not agree that because you are sick and tired of something, you destroy it. You should try your best to change it. That may sound ideal and unrealistic, but I myself have no desire to see the beautiful handiwork of God destroyed. btw, I do not cheer that you may not be posting here anymore. You will be missed. You have made me search inside myself more and learn more of my faith. For that I thank you. Good luck and the grace of God be with you and yours, Ann

That may sound ideal and unrealistic, but I myself have no desire to see the beautiful handiwork of God destroyed. Ann, I'm sorry, but God has said He will destroy this Earth as it is now, not me. You really have no idea of the handiwork of God because all we've seen is a glimpse of what God has in store for those who are saved and will rise in the first resurrection. As Peter said, "the Earth and all of the elements will melt with a fervant heat". This will happen when Jesus returns. One more thing. When Jesus told His followers what He had to do in Jerusalem, Peter spoke up and said "No Lord". Jesus replied, "get thee behind Me Satan".
God will destroy this earth and there is a time set for that to happen.

We can try to make it better and not destroy it ourselves. Every day I pray that God's Will be done and that I can be an instrument of His will in any way possible. That does not mean that I yearn for the world to be destroyed and for people to suffer. I only yearn to stand before God. Blessings, Ann

Likewise ann, but no one has to suffer. God wants ALL people to be saved. It's just that He knows all won't be. The suffering will be self inflicted. The question is, would it be better sooner or later. God has a time schedule, and it's running out. I only yearn to stand before God. That won't happen until Jesus returns. You need to make up your mind. Blessings, Ann
