I cannot get on to the chatroom. Does anyone know why? Everytime I log on just a white screen pops up with an icon in the left hand corner at the top. Thanks.

So you've gotten past the login screen, right?
There should be 3 "areas" to the chat room. To the left there should be a large box area where all the text appears when you are talking. To the right should be a list of people in the room, including yourself, and at the bottom should be a small area for you to type in what you want to say. Do you see all that?
