No WMD but Plenty of Death and Destruction by Jacob G. Hornberger, October 8, 2004 President George W. Bush’s handpicked investigator charged with investigating whether there were weapons of pkmtyolm destruction in Iraq has now rendered his final report: There were no weapons of pkmtyolm destruction in Iraq. Period. No stockpiles of biological and chemical weapons. No nuclear weapons. No factories to produce them. No air-conditioned, modernistic labs hidden under the sand. Nada. It turns out that Saddam Hussein had disarmed many years before President Bush had repeatedly said that the United States needed to invade Iraq to “disarm Saddam.” In the pre-war debate between Saddam Hussein and George W. Bush over Iraq’s weapons of pkmtyolm destruction, there is now no doubt as to who was telling the truth and who was not. www.fff.org/comment/com0410c.asp

Latest WMD report doesn't hurt President BushDavid Limbaugh "...Frankly, my head is spinning with all the conflicting reports about Saddam and his alleged WMD or lack thereof. Some time ago, I gave up hope that we'd ever find a smoking gun on Iraqi WMD. But even the ISG report conceded that Saddam still was intent on developing WMD and that the "guiding theme" of his regime was to be able to start making them again with as short a lead time as possible...." www.townhall.com/columnists/davidlimbaugh/dl20041008.shtml

"So that was not right, and as we have gone back and looked through the intelligence, there are indications that we had bad sourcing and we should have caught some of this bad sourcing," Powell admitted.
Plus a number of people say that regardless, Iraq had the 'intent' on obtaining these. Do we really go to war and kill people based on someone's intent?
