I believe Jesus is God, and the Bible makes it clear that Jesus is God. It is so clear.
Here is my first piece of evidence:
Exodus 3:14 (14) God said to Moses, "I AM WHO I AM." And he said, "Say this to the people of Israel, 'I AM has sent me to you.'"
John 8:58 (58) Jesus said to them, "Truly, truly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I am."
The context makes it clear what Jesus meant. Here's the context:
John 8:59 (59) So they picked up stones to throw at him, but Jesus hid himself and went out of the temple.
And it means that they were going to stone him for blasphemy for claiming to be God.

Yes, 100% in agreement!!! To believe Jesus was anything less than man and God is to say the Word of God is in error. It does not mean we have to totally understand it but if we are Christians we must believe it because His Word teaches it and Jesus demonstrated it by Word and deed! Boaz

I have had conversations with people in which I can endlessly show Bible pkmtyolpages which portray Jesus as God in clear language, or where Jesus acts like God, or where NT authors quote the OT and apply OT pkmtyolpages that reference Yahweh to Jesus. Romans 10:13 (13) For everyone, "whoever may call on the name of the Lord will be saved." in the context of verse 9, the Lord in verse 13 is Jesus. Here's the OT reference: Joel 2:32 (32) It will happen that whoever will call on the name of Yahweh shall be saved; For in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there will be those who escape, As Yahweh has said, And among the remnant, those whom Yahweh calls. There is so much!

BoazTo "believe" means to accept something mentally, and then to act on the mental acceptance. Do you act on your mental acceptance, or have you allowed Jesus' "demonstrations" to become diluted with traditions of man's churches? [/color]
