Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things. Written by man who is fallible. God does not & never has created light, darkness, evil, or anything in the physical universe. God guides the development of the universe like a Master Planner.

Evil can not exist without mankind. It is a force that was created and sustained by mankind. Eliminate mankind and you eliminate evil. Ahh, but what about Satan and his Angels - they're evil aren't they? Andy.

Just like I told the boy in my Sunday School cpkmtyoll a few weeks ago... You either believe the Bible or you don't. As we Christians believe, more's the pity for those who have heard the message of the Bible and choose not to believe it.

Just like I told the boy in my Sunday School cpkmtyoll a few weeks ago... You either believe the Bible or you don't. As we Christians believe, more's the pity for those who have heard the message of the Bible and choose not to believe it. God is spiritual, hence all interactions with man is via man's spirit. Man can not physically hear God's words therefore any claims of having heard God's words are incorrect. God does not contradict himself, it is man's claims of having heard God's instructions physically that is contradictory. Misperception of the Spirit of God due to human conditioning has resulted in various religions that are basically all correct & right. No religion is wrong that adheres to the principles of peace love and compkmtyolpion toward others will have their souls united with God. If Christianity claims there is only one road that leads to God and that road is via Christianity, then that part of Christianity is wrong. God will make allowances for our ignorance. The greatest scams which include deceit, swindle, and fraud, for several millennia, that have ever been perpetrated on mankind have been in the name of God. Many will disagree because "It is written in the Holy Books"; to which I say, "by fallible men who let their imaginations run amuck". The "Holy Books" (Bible, Torah, Qur’an) were written during a time when superstitions prevailed. Superstitions are an irrational belief that someone or something causes an action or circumstance not logically related to a course of events that influences its outcome. A belief, practice, or rite irrationally maintained by ignorance of the laws of nature or by faith in magic or chance. A fearful or abject state of mind resulting from such ignorance or irrationality. Christians, Jews and Muslims ALL claim that they live by the Word of God. They claim that God has personally talked to their messengers who have relayed these Words of God to the common folk in the writings of the Torah, Bible and the Qur’an. The followers must unquestionably believe these Words of God or they will be condemned. If that is the case, apparently the Words of God were either misinterpreted, God is contradicting himself, or we start all over again by each side claiming to live by and having heard the Word of God correctly. These so-called Holy Books could be inspirational and could help us in our journey through life if one discounts all the references to the writers vivid imaginations of physical sightings or conversations with God, Satan, snakes, devils or angels. Condemnations of those who do not believe what is written or question these so-called Holy Books and condemnation of any kind also should be eliminated. The Torah, Bible and the Koran need to be edited and brought into the 21st century where religion is not based on slavery to God. Before you respond by saying that he who alters these so-called Holy Books will be condemned to Hell, let me respond by saying that the only Hell that exists is in a person's imagination. We can use the Bible as stepping stones that lead to God; we should not interpret everything therein literally. Now our perception of God should be interlaced with logic and common sense if we want to have our beliefs, just like the foundation, get stronger over time. The Bible was written during a time when superstitions prevailed. There were claims of visions of God physically, and physical conversations with God and the devil. Bible Irrationalities God tells Moses that ANY work done on the Sabbath is punishable by death. Exodus 31:14 Ye shall keep the Sabbath therefore; for it is holy unto you: every one that defileth it shall surely be put to death: for whosoever doeth any work therein, that soul shall be cut off from among his people. Numbers 15:32 15:35 And while the children of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man that gathered sticks upon the Sabbath day. And the LORD said unto Moses, The man shall be surely put to death: all the congregation shall stone him with stones without the camp. Exodus Highlights: God teaches Moses some magic tricks. 4:2-9, 7:8-11, 7:17-20 God hardens the Pharaoh's heart.4:21, 7:3, 7:13, 9:12, 10:1, 10:20, 10:27, 11:10,14:8 God tries to kill Moses. 4:23-25 Moses has uncircumcised lips. 6:12, 6:30 God's first plague on the Egyptians: Rivers turned to blood. 7:17-22 (Pharaoh's magicians knew this trick, too.) Second Plague: Frogs. (Pharaoh's magicians do likewise.) 8:2-7 Third Plague: Lice. (Pharaoh's magicians couldn't do this one!) 8:16-18 Fourth Plague: Flies. 8:21-24 Fifth Plague: God kills the cattle. 9:3 Sixth Plague: Boils. 9:9 Seventh Plague: Hail. 9:19 Eighth Plague: Locusts. 10:5 Ninth Plague: Darkness. 10:21 Tenth Plague: God kills firstborn children and animals. 12:29-30 God threatens to kill the Pharaoh's firstborn son. 4:23 God plans to murder the Egyptian firstborn humans and animals. 11:4-5, 12:12, 13:15 God murders the Egyptian firstborn humans and animals. 12:30 God plans to drown Pharaoh's army. 14:17-18 God drowns Pharaoh's army. 14:27-28 "The Lord is a man of war." 15:3 God punishes the children for the sins of their fathers. 20:5, 34:7 (unto the third and fourth generations) Instructions for buying a slave. 21:2 Instructions for selling your daughter. 21:7 Instructions for taking a second wife. 21:10 Children who strike their parents are to be killed. 21:15 It's OK to beat a slave as long as he lives a day or two "for he is his money." 21:20-21 "Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live." 22:18 You must kill those who worship another god. 22:20 If you misbehave, God will kill you with his own sword . 22:24 God's feet. 24:10 God's finger. 8:19, 31:18 Sabbath breakers must be killed. 31:14-15, 35:2 God repents. 32:14 God tells every man to slay "his brother, companion, neighbor." 32:27 God speaks to Moses "face to face." 33:11 God shows Moses his "back parts." 33:23 God's name is "Jealous." 34:14

Like I said, you either believe the Bible 2TI 3:16 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 17 so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.
or you don't:.
If you are interested in my Christian perspective of the rest of your most recent post, Kkwaohl, I'd be happy to share it with you. Suffice it to say that your perception of Christianity in no way jives with my experience.

God is spiritual, hence all interactions with man is via man's spirit. Man can not physically hear God's words therefore any claims of having heard God's words are incorrect. God does not contradict himself, it is man's claims of having heard God's instructions physically that is contradictory. Me: God has audibly spoken to men and women. He spoke to Moses and gave Him the Ten Commanments. And God by His Spirit interacts with Man. Misperception of the Spirit of God due to human conditioning has resulted in various religions that are basically all correct & right. Me: And no doubt you believe that Christ isn't "the Way the Truth, and the Life". And you are convinced that "there are many paths to God". The truth is, there isn't. Only one. And it is Jesus Christ. But I take it that you have been told that there are many Truths, many realities, and many "Holy Books". That's just what Satan and His Angels want you to believe. The only Holy Books are in the Bible, which is the written Word of God. And the Spirit of God is not dependent on human conditioning. No religion is wrong that adheres to the principles of peace love and compkmtyolpion toward others will have their souls united with God. Me: And Christ's death on the Cross for us, and His glorious Resurrection, mean nothing? If Christianity claims there is only one road that leads to God and that road is via Christianity, then that part of Christianity is wrong. Me: It is Jesus Christ, the Son of God, who said "I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No-one comes to the Father (God) except through me." God will make allowances for our ignorance. Me: Only up to a point. He won't tolerate sin forever. The greatest scams which include deceit, swindle, and fraud, for several millennia, that have ever been perpetrated on mankind have been in the name of God. Many will disagree because "It is written in the Holy Books"; to which I say, "by fallible men who let their imaginations run amuck". Me: Why don't you fix your mind on God instead of Man? The "Holy Books" (Bible, Torah, Qur’an) were written during a time when superstitions prevailed. Superstitions are an irrational belief that someone or something causes an action or circumstance not logically related to a course of events that influences its outcome. A belief, practice, or rite irrationally maintained by ignorance of the laws of nature or by faith in magic or chance. A fearful or abject state of mind resulting from such ignorance or irrationality. Me: Superstition has always existed. It has nothing to do with God or the Bible. Christians, Jews and Muslims ALL claim that they live by the Word of God. They claim that God has personally talked to their messengers who have relayed these Words of God to the common folk in the writings of the Torah, Bible and the Qur’an. Me: The God of Islam is Satan. The followers must unquestionably believe these Words of God or they will be condemned. If that is the case, apparently the Words of God were either misinterpreted, God is contradicting himself, or we start all over again by each side claiming to live by and having heard the Word of God correctly. Me: Man condemns himself by choosing to commit evil acts. Human beings are selfish, fallen creatures who need to give their lives to God and live according to His Will for their lives. These so-called Holy Books could be inspirational and could help us in our journey through life if one discounts all the references to the writers vivid imaginations of physical sightings or conversations with God, Satan, snakes, devils or angels. Me: The truth is that people have had encounters and conversations with God, and Satan, snakes, devils and angels do exist. Satan doesn't want you to know that. Condemnations of those who do not believe what is written or question these so-called Holy Books and condemnation of any kind also should be eliminated. The Torah, Bible and the Koran need to be edited and brought into the 21st century where religion is not based on slavery to God. Me: I disagree with this utter nonsense. People have the right to confront, challenge and disagree with people such as yourself. The Torah, Bible and Koran should not be interfered with and people should have the freedom to believe whatever they choose to believe. And if the likes of you don't like that, then tough! And the true God of the Christian faith does not enslave people. If that is His intention, then why did He give us free-will to live our lives as we choose? He could simply have created us as robots instead. Before you respond by saying that he who alters these so-called Holy Books will be condemned to Hell, let me respond by saying that the only Hell that exists is in a person's imagination. Me: Hell is very, very, very real. We can use the Bible as stepping stones that lead to God; we should not interpret everything therein literally. Now our perception of God should be interlaced with logic and common sense if we want to have our beliefs, just like the foundation, get stronger over time. Me: I agree. So why don't you start using some logic and common-sense yourself? Andy.

Andy,
Bring your mind into the 21st Century, superstitions are out.
The Scenario:
The souls of a Rabbi, a Christian minister (& Andy), and a Islamic cleric appeared at the gates of heaven at the same time and they eye each other suspiciously. St. Peter (the gatekeeper) asked if there is a problem.
The Rabbi tells St. Peter , "Ours is the true religion. We have the word of God that this is so and it is written in the Torah that God said that we are the chosen children of God, not the Christians or the Muslims."
The Christian minister (and Andy) says, "Jesus told us that he is the son of God and that the only way to God was by following his teachings and that unless one is born again, one would not get into heaven. What Jesus said is the word of God and it is written in the holy Bible".
The Muslim cleric says, "God has told Muhammad that he was the last true prophet and that everything that God told him was written in the Koran and that those who did not follow what was written there, would not get into heaven".
Other souls appeared and some sided with and gathered around each of their leaders, while some other souls who sided with no one entered directly through the gates of heaven.
St. Peter told the souls who had gathered around the souls of their clerics, "In heaven there can be no disagreement and until you all are in agreement, you have to move to the Purgatory area".
No agreement was reached (because Andy is self righteous about only Christians belonging in heaven) and eventually the souls (including Andy's) died (Hell) because souls who were not with God could not exist.
The lesson is, Andy: Having tunnel-vision or being closed-minded, without compkmtyolpion for the belief of others around you can be bad for the body and suicide to the soul.
Andy, Andy, Andy, the devil or Satan only exists in the minds of those who believe in him but go outside on Halloween and you will see many of them roaming around; and Santa Claus isn't real either.

Andy, Andy, Andy, the devil or Satan only exists in the minds of those who believe in him but go outside on Halloween and you will see many of them roaming around; and Santa Claus isn't real either. Nice try. But I suggest that you seek God about what I have said and get reading the Bible. Satan is very real and so too is Hell, and I'm not speaking with an attitude of self-righteousness. I am simply telling you the Truth. However I can tell that you don't know the Truth, so I wish you the best on your spiritual journey. By the way, I'm not into Halloween and Santa Claus. Halloween is part of the Satanic calendar and Santa Claus is a lie that mums and dads tell their kids. Andy.

You have been Christianized and conditioned to know whatever truth some people in the Christian religion want you to believe to be the truth. I'll include just a couple more Bible verses written by man and for you to recondider as your truth; which is not the truth according to the Spirit of God. Satan, Devil, Prince of Darkness, -- Exist only in a person’s mind. The Hebrew word from which "Satan" comes sometimes refers to enemies, as in 1 Samuel 29:4 and Psalm 109:6. In Job it simply means adversary. In the NT it means slanderer and tempter. Below are a few pkmtyolpages that show beliefs in medieval times. . Luke 13:16, Then should not this woman, a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan has kept bound for eighteen long years, be set free on the Sabbath day? Luke 10:18, He replied, "I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. 1 Chronicles 21:1 Satan rose up against Israel and incited David to take a census of Israel. Mark 1:13, and he (Jesus) was in the desert forty days, being tempted by Satan. He was with the wild animals, and angels attended him. Mark 3:26, And if Satan opposes himself and is divided, he cannot stand; his end has come. Prophets Prophecies were told by ALL who preached about God in the Middle Ages. It was a way preachers (called Prophet) could scare people into believing them; by making predictions that in this day and age is considered fraught by naught but superstition. The American Heritage® Dictionary of the English Language: Fourth Edition. 200 Prophecies: 1.Characterized by vision or foresight. 2a. Having the nature of fantasies or dreams; illusory. b. Existing in imagination only; imaginary. 3a. Characterized by or given to apparitions, prophecies, or revelations. b. Given to daydreams or reverie; dreamy. 4a. Not practicable or realizable; utopian: visionary schemes for getting rich. b. Tending to envision things in perfect but unrealistic form; idealistic. Inflected forms: pl. vi·sion·ar·ies 1. One who is given to impractical or speculative ideas; a dreamer. 2. One who has visions; a seer. Examples: Deuteronomy 18:20, But a prophet who presumes to speak in my name anything I have not commanded him to say, or a prophet who speaks in the name of other gods, must be put to death." Deuteronomy 13:5, That prophet or dreamer must be put to death, because he preached rebellion against the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt and redeemed you from the land of slavery. Genesis 20:7, Now return the man's wife, for he is a prophet, and he will pray for you and you will live. But if you do not return her, you may be sure that you and all yours will die." 1 Samuel 9:9, Formerly in Israel, if a man went to inquire of God, he would say, "Come, let us go to the seer," because the prophet is called a seer. 1 Kings 16:12, So Zimri destroyed the whole family of Baasha, in accordance with the word of the Lord spoken against Baasha through the prophet Jehu- 1 Kings 18:4, While Jezebel was killing off the Lord 's prophets, Obadiah had taken a hundred prophets and hidden them in two caves, fifty in each.

You have been Christianized and conditioned to know whatever truth some people in the Christian religion want you to believe to be the truth. Me: And you have been lied to by Satan. I'll include just a couple more Bible verses written by man and for you to recondider as your truth; which is not the truth according to the Spirit of God. Me: How can you know? You don't have the Spirit of God in you! Satan, Devil, Prince of Darkness, -- Exist only in a person’s mind. Me: Again, wishful thinking. The Hebrew word from which "Satan" comes sometimes refers to enemies, as in 1 Samuel 29:4 and Psalm 109:6. In Job it simply means adversary. In the NT it means slanderer and tempter. Me: "Satan" is another name for the Devil. Below are a few pkmtyolpages that show beliefs in medieval times. . Luke 13:16, Then should not this woman, a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan has kept bound for eighteen long years, be set free on the Sabbath day? Me: Those words are from the Lord Jesus Christ who wasn't around during medieval times. Get your facts right! Luke 10:18, He replied, "I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven". Me: Again, those words are from our Lord Jesus Christ who had lived and died well before medieval times! And yes, Christ did indeed see Satan "fall like lightning from heaven". 1 Chronicles 21:1 Satan rose up against Israel and incited David to take a census of Israel. Me: Indeed he did. Mark 1:13, and he (Jesus) was in the desert forty days, being tempted by Satan. He was with the wild animals, and angels attended him. Me: That is so true. Mark 3:26, And if Satan opposes himself and is divided, he cannot stand; his end has come. Me: That is correct. Prophets Prophecies were told by ALL who preached about God in the Middle Ages. It was a way preachers (called Prophet) could scare people into believing them; by making predictions that in this day and age is considered fraught by naught but superstition. Me: And prophecies were told by God's people before the Middle Ages too. And when God gives someone a prophecy it always comes true, unless, of course, He changes His mind! Here are some Oxford English Dictionary definitions for the words 'prophecy', 'prophesy' and 'prophet': Prophecy: 1a. A prophetic utterance, especially Biblical. b. A prediction of future events. ( a prophecy of pkmtyolmive inflation). 2. The faculty, funtion, or practice of prophesying ( the gift of prophecy). Prophesy: 1. Foretell (an event etc.) 2. Speak as a prophet; foretell future events. 3. The explaining or interpreting of the Holy Scriptures. Prophet: 1. A teacher or interpreter of the supposed will of God, especially any of the Old Testament or Hebrew prophets. 2a. A person who foretells events. b. A person who advocates and speaks innovatively for a cause ( a prophet of the new order). Examples: Deuteronomy 18:20, But a prophet who presumes to speak in my name anything I have not commanded him to say, or a prophet who speaks in the name of other gods, must be put to death." Me: Quite right. The God of all Creation is a Holy, Holy, Holy God. Deuteronomy 13:5, That prophet or dreamer must be put to death, because he preached rebellion against the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt and redeemed you from the land of slavery. Me: Continued, "...he has tried to turn you from the way the Lord your God commanded you to follow. You must purge the evil from among you. If your very own brother, or your son or daughter, or the wife you love, or your closest friend secretly entices you, saying, "Let us go and worship other gods" (gods that neither you nor your fathers have known, gods of the peoples around you, whether near or far, from one end of the land to the other), do not yield to him or listen to him. Show him no pity. Do not spare him or shield him. You must certainly put him to death. Your hand must be the first in putting him to death, and then the hands of all the people. Stone him to death, because he tried to turn you away from the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery". God is Holy and hates evil. And if you're going to quote scripture, make sure that you quote it fully. Genesis 20:7, Now return the man's wife, for he is a prophet, and he will pray for you and you will live. But if you do not return her, you may be sure that you and all yours will die." Me: Adultery is a sin. One of the Ten Commandments that God gave to Moses was "You shall not commit adultery." Sin has the power to kill the person who commits it. 1 Samuel 9:9, Formerly in Israel, if a man went to inquire of God, he would say, "Come, let us go to the seer," because the prophet is called a seer. Me: Correction, "...because the prophet of today used to be called a seer." 1 Kings 16:12, So Zimri destroyed the whole family of Baasha, in accordance with the word of the Lord spoken against Baasha through the prophet Jehu- Me: Continued, "...because of all the sins Baasha and his son Elah had committed and had caused Israel to commit, so that they provoked the Lord, the God of Israel to anger by their worthless idols". Baasha and Elah broke two of the Lord's Commandments. They are: "You shall have no other Gods before me" and "You shall not make for yourself an idol in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below. You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the fathers to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me, but showing love to thousands who love me and keep my commandments". 1 Kings 18:4, While Jezebel was killing off the Lord 's prophets, Obadiah had taken a hundred prophets and hidden them in two caves, fifty in each. Me: Your ability to quote the Holy Scriptures doesn't impress me at all. Satan himself knows the Bible. The fact that you, an unbeliever, are able to use God's Word for your own purposes makes perfect sense to me. Andy.

Abraham, Moses, Noah, Jesus, Muhammad, Buddha, Krishna, Bahá'u'lláh, Zoroaster, Ahmad, Nanak and many others of various faiths are believed to have achieved spiritual enlightenment by mastering the art of spiritual transcendence. Is this spiritual transcendence a possibility? My assessment thereof is in the affirmative as a result of my own personal spiritual experiences. God, The Spirit. The Son. The Child. Would God, who is like a father, be masochistic and derive pleasure from his child’s pain? Nay, I say. God is the supreme love and ultimate purity. Would God or any father allow his Son to suffer and die if he had the power to stop the pain? Nay, I say. God is the supreme love and ultimate purity. Would God or any father want his children to worship him, bow down to him, pray to him or tell the world how magnificent he is? Nay, I say. God is the supreme love and ultimate purity. God Proclaims: I am God, the God from the beginning of God. I did not come from nowhere. I play no magic tricks on man. I did not create the earth by casting spells. I had a humble beginning the same as man, yet my beginning was at the dawn of spirituality. My wisdom grows as more spirits unite after the cessation of life after much physical strife. Throughout time I have been named God, Allah, Jehovah, The Great Spirit, and many more. I do not judge man for his vanity or naivety to be the one who claims to please me the most. I am easy to please. I require very little. I only want you to do what is best for mankind. I will bless you and wish you well. I will inspire your mind and you will accomplish the unfathomable. I require no worship. I need nothing from man. I am self sufficient. I am spirit. Develop your spirit wisely, the best that you can. Live your life for the betterment of man. Your spirit will soon be with me and then together we will: See and traverse the universe. There are many wonders to behold. Your spirit will soar. You will partake in all the wisdom that been gathered from the beginning of time. The stars will be your playground. You can play with the animals, be with your loved ones, listen to the greatest opera, stage or musical performances, or simply relax next to a bubbling brook and enjoy the scenery. You feel no pain, despair, heartache, or negative emotions. You are now One with me, you are with God my child. --------------------- My spirit has interacted with the Spirit of God and thereof I write. ********* God, The Spirit. The Son. Nay, I say. God is the supreme love and ultimate purity. obvisously you have never been touched by God. one day you will and pray you understand. unfortunately evil IS real. ever look into the eyes of the on that murdered your friend and when asked why looks easly about and says she didn't have enough money on her so i shot her. while looking at him you can literally see pure evil pouring from him. satan is a creature that can overcome a person's spirit, body and mind. it can consume the person. being "christianized" doesn't happen by some person. sure what an actual person says can trigger the feelings but it's only a gift a grace from God that "Christianizes" you. it's that feeling of - when you're living alone and get all mopey and think - darn i don't even have anyone to say good night too and you realize - yes i do and offer a good night Jesus and totally feel safe and warm. It's knowing without a doubt that He IS. God is the Father of all and yes He did allow His Son to die for us - a tragic horrible death here on earth. However it was the save the many. He also knew - He would rise again. Ever go through chemo or radiation therapy? you purposly put yourself through a living h$ll because you know (pray or hope) there will be a grand experience. how many parents have had to put their children through some type of painful experience because they know there WILL be a glorious outcome... well just some thoughts so now...
