Dear Brethren,
I've been blessed with the time and finances to own and read over 50 End Times books. After much note keeping and re-reading I can share the three best. They are:
1)'Bruce and Stan's Guide To Bible Prophecy' by Bruce Bickel and Stan Jantz 2) 'The Late Great Planet Earth' by Hal Lindsey 3) 'What On Earth Is Going On' by Mark Hitch***
I pray that these guides uplift.
In Christ, John

Hi FortBethel! Welcome aboard!
Sounds like some great reading. I'm familiar with Hal Lindsey and Mark Hitchkock, but I've never heard of Bruce and Stan.
Another great book is "Are We Living In The End Times" by Tim LaHaye. It's one of my favorites.
Anyway, welcome again. Look forward to reading more from you. God bless!
YBIC, SonWorshiper

YBIC, SonWorshiper For a great old cpkmtyollic on the subject of Premillennialism, read "Jesus Is Coming" by W.E. Blackstone. For a good read on the coming Antichrist (which, by the way has an excellant response to the Documentary Hypothesis" crowd - look for "The Coming Prince" by Robert Anderson. Anderson writes this book as though he were presenting evidence before a jury (Robertson was a chief inspector at Scotland Yard).

The book I am reading now is by Paul Lee Tan called The Interpretation of Prophecy - copyright 1974 - had to find it on the internet - excellent - but wow very deep! One of those books you read a few paragraphs, and re-read them again, and go - yeah! This book really makes you think and really makes you go go Scripture - I recommend it highly <>< PS - fortbethel - so good to have you with us - hope you enjoy the board <><

Thanks for the warm welcome brethren.
Son Worshiper: Yes, I considered, 'Are We Living In The Last Days' in my top 5 books but it didn't make it. It is a good read but I only recomend the VERY BEST. The 3 books I listed are in my opinion THE VERY BEST. Thanks for the feedback and warm welcome. Buy the books from, 'Amazon.com' for the very best price and don't forget to go back and review them. It's only right to give writers their due public credit.
In Christ, John

Guys,
I finally figured out what's going on here. Mark's last name has what the server is feeling is profanity. Anyhow just look for, 'What On Earth Is Going On' By Mark blank. It's like 100 pages long.

YBIC, SonWorshiper Ever since I've been writing here, I'v asked someone to show me how or where the 70th week has been separated from the other 69 in the prophecy found in Daniel 9. To date, no one has been able to show this so I could read it for myself. It really doesn't make any sense that the prophecy should say "70 weeks" and then have about 2000 years added to it so far. I believe Tim LaHaye is just definitely wrong and is misleading others with his books. If the prophecy is 70 weeks, then Tim has to be wrong because more than the 70 weeks has pkmtyolped. I believe God meant 70 weeks, not 69 weeks plus 2000 years plus 1 week. Taking God at His word, the 70 weeks were finished in 34 a.d. Please explain how what I believe is wrong.
